AWS Data Engineer

Job Summary

AWS Data Engineer is a full-time position focused on leading the modernization of a healthcare data platform using AWS architecture, requiring extensive experience in data engineering and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of healthcare data architecture from MSSQL to AWS, ensuring seamless data reporting and query capabilities
• Design and implement data migration strategies and optimize AWS data services for performance and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into efficient data models and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software or data engineering with a strong focus on AWS
• Proven experience in architecting cloud data platform migrations in enterprise or healthcare environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services such as S3, Athena, and Redshift
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust security clearance
