AWS Data Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer for a hybrid role to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS services, focusing on ETL pipelines, serverless applications, and data warehousing.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL pipelines using AWS Glue for data transformation and integration
- Develop and manage serverless applications with AWS Lambda and optimize SQL queries using Amazon Athena
- Configure and maintain Amazon Redshift for data warehousing and perform database migrations using AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with AWS services: Glue, Lambda, Athena, Redshift, and DMS
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and data modeling
- Familiarity with Q Developer for analytics and dashboard development
- Understanding of cloud architecture best practices and security principles
