AWS Developer

Job Summary

Building and maintaining the serverless integration layer within a FedRAMP High AWS GovCloud environment, the full-time AWS Developer will develop Lambda functions, configure real-time data pipelines, and integrate AI outputs with Salesforce and Verint while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for AI inference calls and data processing
• Build and optimize real-time data pipelines from Amazon Connect through Kinesis to downstream consumers
• Implement Salesforce integrations to deliver coaching prompts to agents in real time

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for Lambda function development
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Contact Lens integration
• Experience building integrations with Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, etc.)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform)
