AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

To support clients in the Washington DC-Baltimore area, the full-time remote AWS DevOps Engineer will architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while leading the design of Infrastructure as Code solutions for AWS environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using CMS-approved tools to support continuous integration and delivery
• Lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code solutions to provision and manage AWS environments, ensuring version control and compliance
• Establish automated processes for environment provisioning and implement monitoring solutions for system performance and health

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles
• Minimum 5 years leading DevOps teams supporting enterprise-scale systems
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and tools for CI/CD, such as Jenkins and GitHub
• AWS DevOps Engineer certification or equivalent is preferred
