AWS EMR Cloud Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS/EMR Cloud Infrastructure Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for cloud-based compute and storage environments for data products
• Administer distributed cloud platforms, including provisioning and lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain production-ready code, tools, and workflows for data processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting AWS EMR cloud-based environments
• Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks, including Apache Spark
• Experience administering Linux-based systems
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages for automation and data processing
