AWS Engineer

Job Summary

AWS Engineer, this full-time remote position involves providing troubleshooting support for AWS Serverless concepts and services while working with enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer system performance across various projects
• Build and customize new features in client systems, including web and reporting applications
• Respond to trouble tickets and assist customers via email, phone, and video conferences

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to subscribe to a Public Trust background
• At least 1 year of experience in software development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and NodeJS
• Ability to troubleshoot systems and collaborate with customers and teammates
• Curiosity to explore enhancements for client systems
