Job Summary

Seeking an experienced AWS Incident Response Engineer to provide remote, full-time operational support for incident detection and response activities within a mission-critical healthcare platform, ensuring system reliability and rapid service restoration.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor cloud services and virtual infrastructure to maintain system health and performance
• Respond to incidents by performing triage, documenting impact, and executing escalation procedures
• Coordinate operational events and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding incident status and recovery actions
