AWS Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and manage their cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce infrastructure-as-code best practices using AWS CDK
• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure for reliability, performance, and cost optimization
• Build and maintain a comprehensive observability stack using tools like Datadog

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS services in production, including ECS, RDS Aurora, and API Gateway
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly AWS CDK (Golang)
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog
• Solid understanding of relational databases in production, especially Aurora/PostgreSQL
• Experience managing containerized workloads and familiarity with cloud security fundamentals
