AWS Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
To support critical business systems, the full-time AWS Infrastructure Engineer will architect, optimize, and maintain the AWS infrastructure for Deltek Vantagepoint, requiring deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and experience in AEC environments, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage production Microsoft SQL Server deployments on AWS RDS and EC2 instances
- Maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure supporting Deltek Vantagepoint and related reporting platforms
- Design and implement database backup, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing AWS services, including EC2, RDS, and VPC
- 2+ years of direct experience supporting Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision
- Advanced SQL Server administration experience within AWS environments
- Experience architecting or supporting SSRS environments and ERP-related integrations
- Strong Windows Server administration experience in AWS-hosted environments
