Job Summary

To support pipeline development and revenue growth, the full-time remote AWS Inside Sales Representative will identify, engage, and qualify new opportunities across targeted accounts while collaborating with AWS Field Sellers and TTEC Digital sales leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with AWS Field Sellers to define target accounts and support joint account planning and outreach strategies
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers and develop personalized outreach
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns and engage prospects to align their business needs with TTEC Digital's AWS solutions
Required qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or demand generation
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise or mid-market accounts
  • Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or CX solutions, preferably AWS
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Strong ability to work in a collaborative sales environment
