AWS Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning delivery outcomes and managing partner performance, the full-time AWS Program Manager will lead a multi-project portfolio, ensuring alignment across programs while focusing on recovery, commercial health, and customer relationships in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run an integrated plan and maintain status narratives across multiple programs, ensuring alignment and managing dependencies
- Drive recovery efforts for the control tower, managing release plans and addressing delivery blockers with stakeholders
- Oversee commercial aspects, including EAC and burn management, while tracking partner performance and compliance across the portfolio
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud, data, or software consulting delivery, including 3+ years managing a multi-project portfolio or a $10M+ program
- Proven recovery experience with distressed programs and multi-partner co-delivery governance
- Commercial fluency in time-and-materials and fixed-fee project management, including EAC and invoicing
- Strong executive communication skills to engage with VP-level stakeholders and above
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery leadership and enterprise data delivery on AWS
