AWS Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Project Manager to join their remote team in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and manage project budgets while communicating with clients about scope and resources
• Assist in documenting processes and transitioning from delivery to managed services
• Help clients understand how delivery teams will meet their business goals and identify tradeoffs between solution options

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the contact center industry is essential
• Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem; AWS Certifications are preferred
• Experience with AWS Connect is advantageous
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification is required
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations
