AWS Resource Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Resource Manager, responsible for aligning staffing and skill capacity with commercial portfolio priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Align staffing supply with project needs and pipeline demand across the commercial customer base
• Develop and maintain capacity forecasts by role, AWS skill set, and engagement timeline
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking utilization, bench time, and hiring gaps specific to the Commercial portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or delivery operations within a consulting or IT services organization
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud modernization engagements
• Proven track record of supporting or scaling Commercial/private sector delivery operations
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable staffing decisions
