AWS Security Assessor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Assessor to join their team for a government contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement security strategies for cloud-based environments and conduct cloud security assessments
• Analyze vulnerabilities and risks, and prepare security compliance reports from cloud assessments
• Review and analyze cloud system artifacts to support authorization to operate (ATO) requests

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a DoED Level 6 High Risk/Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least five years of related experience
• Five years of experience as a Security Controls Assessor or similar role focused on cloud security
• Experience with cloud security architecture, network security, and identity management
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or higher and relevant certifications like CRISC or CAP
