Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Solutions Architect (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify needs for migrating to the CCaaS AWS Connect Platform
Facilitate business process reviews and lead customer discovery to build ROIs for projects
Oversee technical teams and manage project communications to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting
5+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development or cloud computing
3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting
3+ years of experience as a solutions architect on Amazon Connect solutions
At least one AWS certification
