AWS Support Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting AWS cloud operations, the full-time AWS Support Analyst will manage infrastructure support, monitor services using CloudWatch, and handle incident management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform AWS infrastructure support including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and RDS management
- Manage incident triage, ticket queues, and ensure SLA adherence while providing customer communication and status updates
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational processes for continuous improvement and knowledge management
Required qualifications
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate certification
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ900 certification
- 5-10 years of experience in AWS cloud operations and infrastructure support
