AWS Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AWS Tech Lead - Platform Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve AWS organizational architecture, including Organizations, SCPs, SSO, and IAM
• Define and maintain reusable infrastructure standards and patterns for operational excellence
• Implement preventive and detective controls across the AWS estate in collaboration with the Security department

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with AWS architecture through Infrastructure as Code
• 2+ years of experience leading a cloud foundations team focused on AWS in a startup environment
• Proficiency with Pulumi (TypeScript), Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in async or globally distributed teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work efficiently in fast-paced settings
