AWS Telephony Application Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced AWS Telephony Application Developer, this full-time remote position will design, develop, and support Amazon Connect-based IVR solutions, focusing on building contact flows and serverless services while ensuring high-quality performance and secure configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain Amazon Connect Contact Flows and resources
• Develop and integrate AWS Lambda functions and API endpoints for IVR workflows
• Implement robust error handling and secure configuration management for software development

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AWS Telephony and IVR development
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing profiles
• Strong AWS serverless development experience, particularly with AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python)
• Experience in building telephony/IVR solutions with failure-safe behavior
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment practices and secure secrets management
