Job Summary

A company is looking for an L1/L2 Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support for software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve incidents and technical issues reported by users or identified through monitoring systems
  • Offer technical assistance to users through various channels
  • Continuously monitor systems and applications to identify potential issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in an Azure and .NET environment
  • Must be AZ-104 Certified
  • Must be AZ-500 Certified
  • Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting tools
