Azure Architect
Job Summary
To support a growing Azure Management Solutions team, the remote Azure Architect will guide clients in designing, implementing, and operating scalable cloud solutions while collaborating with customer leaders on security, cost optimization, and modernization efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customer leaders to support executive briefings and innovation initiatives
- Define architecture and operational roadmaps, including disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
- Architect solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements while driving complex initiatives across technical and business teams
Required qualifications
- Experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service, including compute, storage, and networking
- Proficiency in Azure Policy, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure Monitor
- Strong understanding of identity and access management and security compliance in Azure
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (or willingness to obtain within the first month)
- Broad knowledge of core Azure concepts and services
