Azure Certified Storage Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Azure Certified Storage Architect, the Level 5 Storage & Backup Enterprise Services Architect will design and manage hybrid cloud architectures for Azure-based managed services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and operational standards, while working remotely and providing hands-on technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define customer-facing hybrid cloud architectures and ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex customer issues
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, translating business requirements into secure cloud architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in storage and backup system administration and engineering in enterprise environments
• 5+ years designing and operating Microsoft Azure for enterprise or MSP customers
• Certified in Azure Architect and at least one Backup & Data Protection technology (e.g., Veeam, Commvault)
• Proven experience managing Dell storage and backup solutions in enterprise production environments
