Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Cloud Architect to manage and optimize Azure-based resources for state government infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Azure resources, ensuring performance, security, and compliance
• Implement and enforce security policies within Azure Gov Cloud and conduct regular audits
• Provide hands-on training and documentation to internal staff for effective management of Azure resources

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Azure firewall, Azure Front Door, WAF, and related networking components
• Extensive knowledge of Azure networking and core Azure services
• Strong understanding of Azure security features and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions
• Experience working in or with government/regulatory environments focused on compliance
