Job Summary

To lead the design and implementation of a greenfield Azure Landing Zone for a large public sector client, the part-time Azure Cloud Architect will work remotely, focusing on developing Azure architecture, hybrid connectivity solutions, and Infrastructure as Code implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure Landing Zone architecture aligned to enterprise best practices
• Lead hybrid connectivity design and implementation across cloud and on-prem environments
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates

Required qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
• Proven experience designing and implementing Azure Landing Zones
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID security and identity governance
• Hands-on experience with Azure networking, including hub and spoke design
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates
