Azure Cloud Architect

Job Summary

Providing high-level strategic leadership and technical guidance, the full-time Azure Cloud Architect will validate architectural designs, lead the deployment of Azure Mission Landing Zones, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Validate technical engineering assessments and ensure proposed solutions are viable and scalable
• Lead the engineering and deployment of Azure Mission Landing Zones using automated Infrastructure as Code workflows
• Provide strategic recommendations for security compliance and oversee the implementation of Zero Trust Architectures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 2-4 years of cloud engineering experience with a strong background in Azure administration and architecture
• Specific expertise in the strategic maintenance of DoD SCCA functional requirements
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Azure Bicep or ARM templates
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
