Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing, deploying, and operating secure cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure, while managing the end-to-end cloud engineering lifecycle including architecture, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Azure cloud architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and cost management
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform and Bicep, ensuring rigorous version control and peer review
• Collaborate with application teams to architect cloud-native solutions and mentor junior engineers in best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of cloud engineering experience, with at least three years focused on Microsoft Azure
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure core services and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Production-level experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python
