Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing managed services division, the full-time Azure Cloud Engineer II will deliver operational support for customer environments, administer Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 resources, and drive improvements in security and performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality operational support for managed Azure and Microsoft 365 environments using standardized processes
• Provide advanced technical support for escalated incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
• Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure health and performance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Azure in production environments, preferably in a managed services model
• Demonstrated experience with Azure infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, and identity services
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and security capabilities, including Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and service management systems
