Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, an Azure Cloud Engineer will monitor Azure environments for performance and security, assist in implementing Azure services, and engage in advanced Azure projects while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Azure/Cloud environments for performance, security, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in the management and implementation of Azure Windows patching and rapid delivery of Azure services
• Collaborate with application support teams and vendors for timely resolution of support requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical certifications and experience
• 3+ years of experience in a structured support environment
• 2+ years of experience supporting and configuring Azure platforms
• Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including IaaS and PaaS services
• Experience troubleshooting Azure environment issues, including performance and connectivity
