Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud implementation initiatives, the full-time Azure Cloud Engineer will configure and deploy Azure Cloud Services using Infrastructure as Code and Automation while collaborating with software developers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Azure Cloud Services utilizing Infrastructure as Code and Automation
• Collaborate with software developers to gather technical requirements and develop Infrastructure as Code for customer-facing applications
• Develop and maintain code in Azure DevOps/GIT, working with Bicep, Terraform, and PowerShell

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor of Science (BS/B.Sc), or Bachelor of Arts (BA) required
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps, Bicep, Terraform, and PowerShell
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD methodologies
• Experience with application security and cloud-based network architecture is preferred
• Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems and compliance requirements such as SOC1/2, SOX, HIPAA, and PCI DSS is advantageous
