Azure CloudOps Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the reliability and efficiency of Azure-hosted SaaS products, the full-time remote Azure CloudOps Engineer will manage cloud infrastructure, improve CI/CD processes, and ensure the operational health of AI services while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure cloud infrastructure across development, QA, staging, and production environments
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for multiple SaaS products
• Operate and monitor Azure AI services, ensuring availability, performance, and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience operating production workloads in Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, identity, and security best practices
• Comfortable writing scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools
