Azure Databricks Administrator
Job Summary
To provide operational support for the Azure Data Lake ecosystem, the long-term contractual Azure Databricks Administrator will manage Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Data Factory while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support and administration for Azure Databricks and related services
- Manage user provisioning, access controls, and Databricks cluster permissions
- Oversee code deployment to production and ensure clusters' health and performance management
Required qualifications
- Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Data Factory
- Strong knowledge of Python, PowerShell, and pySpark scripting
- Familiarity with Unity Catalog, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of enterprise tools integration, such as Salesforce and Informatica
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud and network security
