Azure Databricks Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Databricks Engineer (Azure) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud data solutions for risk, regulatory, finance, and compliance projects
• Collaborate with business teams and IT stakeholders to address application integration and database design issues
• Mentor junior team members and participate in development meetings to align priorities and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of software development experience in enterprise applications, preferably in the financial services industry
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information systems preferred
• Extensive experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Data Factory and Databricks
• Strong knowledge of Python, Java, and advanced SQL on relational databases
• Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and tools such as Git and Jenkins
