• Document outcomes and learned patterns to contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical issue triage and cross-team coordination
• Expertise in performing technical assessments within an Azure environment
• Ability to manage multiple issues and track them to closure
• Experience in providing technical leadership and guiding investigation approaches
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions is a plus
