Azure DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and operating complex, cloud-native platforms, the full-time Azure DevOps Engineer will design, automate, and support highly available Azure environments while leading cloud migrations and acting as the primary on-call responder for critical systems in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the reliability, performance, and availability of large-scale production systems, monitoring dashboards, and resolving incidents
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to support deployments, migrations, and compliance initiatives

Required qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, or a Bachelor's in an unrelated field with at least 7 years of professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering with a strong background in Microsoft Azure production environments
• Proven experience in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and leading cloud migrations
• Strong understanding of Azure services including Web Apps, Functions, SQL, Storage, Key Vaults, and Entra ID
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience supporting application development teams in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
