Azure DevOps Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary

To architect and provision secure cloud environments for a new digital banking platform, the contracted to full-time Azure DevOps Infrastructure Lead will establish production environments, manage virtual networks, and build CI/CD pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish highly available production and non-production environments with disaster recovery capabilities across Microsoft Azure regions
• Configure and manage virtual networks (VNets), subnets, firewalls, and routing
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, GitOps / Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and secure deployment/release coordination

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure engineering
• Senior-level expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Azure DevOps
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking (VNets, S2S VPNs, Firewalls, DNS)
• Proven experience in GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with containerized and microservices-based architectures
