Azure DevOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager (Azure) to lead and scale their DevOps practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and execute the Azure DevOps vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and lead modernization initiatives in a cloud-first environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure and platform services
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation, preferably with Azure DevOps
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
• Solid understanding of cloud security and governance practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
