Azure DevOps Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Manager (Azure) to lead and scale their DevOps practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a high-performing DevOps team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and execute the Azure DevOps vision and roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern tooling

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, networking, identity, platform services)
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, etc.)
• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, or Azure PaaS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
