Azure FinOps Consultant - PR

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Azure FinOps Consultant - PR will provide FinOps services as a cloud customer success manager, focusing on cloud billing and licensing models while ensuring a positive customer experience in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer business reviews to identify cloud utilization and cost optimization opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure clients
• Willingness to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification
• BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field; graduate degree preferred
• One year of experience with public cloud billing and licensing models or a willingness to learn
• One year of experience in the Microsoft Azure Portal or similar Cloud Portals or a willingness to learn
