Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Lead AppDev Engineer to drive technical execution within modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering execution across modernization and operations workstreams, ensuring alignment to architecture standards
Translate modernization blueprints into engineering designs, tasks, and deliverables
Establish and enforce engineering best practices and mentor engineering teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of enterprise application engineering experience, particularly in modernization initiatives
Deep hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6-8, and REST API development
Strong experience with Azure PaaS application hosting and cloud-native delivery practices
Demonstrated experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and leading engineering teams
