Azure Managed Services Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, deploying, and supporting Azure infrastructure solutions, the full-time Managed Services Engineer - Azure will focus on enterprise solutions including storage services, server management, and disaster recovery, while working remotely and collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Azure infrastructure, including Qumulo file storage and virtual machines
• Administer Windows and Linux servers in Azure, including patching and monitoring
• Engage with customers to ensure Azure platforms meet security, performance, and cost-effectiveness standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a managed services or Azure-focused engineering role
• Hands-on experience supporting production Azure environments, including compute and storage
• Microsoft Azure Associate level certification (AZ 104 or equivalent), or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, and/or Azure CLI
