Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Mainframe Migration Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Convert mainframe batch jobs (JCL) to PowerShell scripts for Azure
Configure and automate nightly, weekly, and monthly batch jobs in Azure
Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure tools

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and automation in Azure
Familiarity with mainframe batch job concepts (JCL, GDGS, PDSS) or willingness to learn
3+ years working with various Azure Services and technologies
5+ years of experience with PowerShell and PowerShell scripting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
