Azure Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Technician - Azure Landing Zone & Azure Virtual Desktop.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of Azure Landing Zone components and Azure Virtual Desktop environments
• Monitor platform health, configuration compliance, and resource performance across Azure services
• Assist in incident response, troubleshooting, and maintaining operational documentation for Azure infrastructure services

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or end-user computing support experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Familiarity with Azure core services and governance concepts
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
