Azure Operations Technician

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day health and operational performance of Azure Landing Zone infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, the full-time remote Operations and Maintenance Technician will manage administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks across core Azure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing operation and maintenance of Azure Landing Zone components and monitor platform health and resource performance
• Provide day-to-day support for Azure Virtual Desktop, including troubleshooting user connectivity issues and maintaining secure virtual desktop environments
• Respond to incidents and service requests while participating in change management and continuous service improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or end-user computing support experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure in an operational environment
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop or other enterprise virtual desktop technologies
• Familiarity with Azure governance concepts, including subscriptions, RBAC, and policies
