Azure Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
Providing operational support for a critical enterprise application, the full-time remote Azure Production Support Engineer will maintain system availability, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application stability in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for applications running in Azure
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using Azure monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of VNets, subnets, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with Azure Security Center and key management practices
