Azure Software Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the engineering and reliability of Azure application and data services, the full-time Azure Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain cloud services while ensuring performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain Azure application and data services, including APIs and integration services
- Lead root cause analysis and remediation for Azure platform incidents, ensuring service resilience and performance
- Implement cost optimization strategies and manage resource capacity to align with actual workloads
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- 7+ years of hands-on software or cloud engineering experience with Azure services
- Deep experience with Azure application services and database platforms
- Experience with health data standards such as FHIR and HL7 preferred
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications preferred
