Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote B2B Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing, focusing on building relationships with corporate clients and delivering consultative solutions to meet their workforce training needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize target corporate accounts through research, cold outreach, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses and deliver compelling product demonstrations to decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide sales forecasts while conducting client meetings and product demos online
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, SaaS, or professional services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a full-cycle sales role
  • Ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers and multiple buying constituencies
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; experience with virtual selling platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and writing follow-up correspondence
