Job Summary
Driving client retention and growth, the full-time B2B Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, proactively identify expansion opportunities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own expansions and renewals across a sizeable account portfolio, focusing on proactive outreach to new stakeholders
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
- Analyze performance data to drive momentum and improve outcomes, while maintaining high-quality communication with clients
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or revenue-driven customer success role within a rapidly growing organization
- Track record of exceeding quotas for new business or account expansion
- Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools, such as HubSpot or ChurnZero
- Ability to conduct cold outreach and develop new pipelines within existing accounts
- Experience in selling technical solutions, particularly in cybersecurity training, is a strong advantage
