Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team while building data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
• Deliver analytics supporting B2B operations across multiple departments including Sales and Finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support leadership insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or related roles
• Strong technical skills in Python, Power BI, and AWS
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and data governance
• Understanding of financial reporting concepts and retail analytics
