Job Summary
Driving new business growth through targeted outreach, the full-time remote B2B Business Development Representative will manage client relationships, support project management, and assist in creating client-facing materials while collaborating with Regional Sales Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive proactive outreach to build a high-quality B2B pipeline, engaging new and existing clients
- Manage and nurture existing accounts while supporting ongoing needs in partnership with Regional Sales Managers
- Coordinate project timelines and communication with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or account coordination in B2B roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams or requests simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic reporting
- Experience working with operations, inventory, product, or customer support teams preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
