B2B Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a B2B Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and collections remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B accounts receivable and collections, resolving past-due balances and billing disputes
• Perform end-to-end account reconciliations and process billing adjustments and credit memos
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate documentation in Oracle and Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of B2B collections and Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Oracle EBS (Oracle 11i or higher preferred)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce/Salesforce Billing preferred
