Job Summary
As a remote B2B Creative Director, the successful candidate will manage the full creative vision for a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing strategy, design, production, and post-production while driving performance and business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and drive the creative vision and strategic direction across multiple client accounts, serving as a senior creative advisor
- Oversee all aspects of creative strategy, ensuring measurable impact and scalability across omnichannel campaigns
- Lead and mentor a large multidisciplinary creative team, fostering innovation and operational excellence
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role at a creative or media advertising agency
- A portfolio showcasing a track record of successful creative campaigns across various channels
- Mastery of creative disciplines with the ability to oversee all functions at a leadership level
- Strong business acumen with experience in client retention, service expansion, and new business development
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills to advise senior stakeholders effectively
